Position Summary:
Zona Facta Collective is seeking qualified Level 2 Security Officers to join our team for unarmed security positions in Fort Worth, TX. This role includes manning fixed-site security checkpoints and conducting roving vehicle patrols. Officers are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all personnel on-site. Effective communication skills and experience in conflict resolution are essential to succeed in this role.
Candidates must be capable of writing clear and professional daily reports. This position requires availability for 2nd or 3rd shifts (including overnights), with a typical schedule of five 8-hour shifts per week. Overtime may be required on occasion to cover emergency absences.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and secure assigned site(s) through fixed post and mobile patrols
Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity
Communicate effectively with personnel, visitors, and law enforcement as needed
Respond calmly and professionally to conflicts or emergencies
Complete thorough and accurate daily written incident reports
Requirements:
Valid Texas Level 2 Security License (must be in hand)
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Personal equipment, including black duty pants, black boots, flashlight, etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Availability to work evenings, overnights, and occasional weekend overtime
Uniform Details:
Company-issued shirt provided by Zona Facta Collective
Officers must supply their own black pants and black boots
Compensation & Schedule:
$18/hour, paid bi-weekly via direct deposit
Full-time positions available
Limited part-time weekend shifts also available (please indicate interest in your application)
