About This Position
*** MUST LIVE IN THE ST. LOUIS MISSOURI METROPOLITAN AREA***
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 12pm-9pm (one weekday off) and Saturday or Sunday 10am-4pm
Potential for split shift flexibility
Up to $350 Bonus Potential Per Month
The Loss Prevention Analyst will serve as the primary contact for reviewing orders for possible fraudulent activity with Access Secure Deposits.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:
Facilitate outbound and inbound calls for review deposits that meet criteria for possible fraudulent activity.
Meet established key performance and review per hour goals.
Verify credit card information for deposits under review by requesting required information from customers/officers.
Complete other duties as assigned by Loss Prevention Supervisor.
What You’ll Need
High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to type 30 WPM.
