What you’ll need to have

HL3 JOB TYPE – Permanent, Part-time, Hourly Associate, ON SITE!! 2 year of experience in a high-volume customer facing environment * Retail experience in safety, security, or loss prevention preferred * High School Diploma or equivalent HOURS – From 34-40 hours per week SHIFT – Seeking work schedule availability completely open including Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday as a minimum requirement. The operations generally range between the window of 6am to 11pm, and the work schedules are published three weeks in advance. PAY – The starting rate/salary for this position ranges from $17.42- 24and will be based on relevant work experience. BENEFITS ELIGIBLE? –-IKEA offers competitive benefits for 20-34hrs/wk. and up. What you’ll be doing day to day
Ensures the safety and security of the people and property per local regulations
Completes safety, security, and compliance audits and trainings
Maintains critical safety equipment such as alarms, radios, and security systems
Reports and follows up on incidents that occur
Responds to and coordinates emergency situations in work areas such as burglar alarms, fire alarms, active shooter and other emergency events
