Loss Prevention Manager, ECDC Jobs in Pittston, PA at Neiman Marcus

What You’ll Do
Oversee and manage physical security systems, including CCTV, electronic access control, fire protection, and intrusion detection.
Conduct & direct investigations relating to employee dishonesty & unethical activity, credit fraud, workplace violence, accidents, and other critical incidents.
Training, development & leadership of direct reports, including both exempt & non-exempt positions.
Support & facilitate company safety programs including OSHA compliance, employee awareness, and return-to-work.
Support national supply chain & logistics LP initiatives and projects.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal & external business partners.
Champion a culture of integrity, trust, and respect.
Manage Loss Prevention training and awareness programs, including new hire orientation and onboarding. Develop effective profit protection, shortage reduction, and risk management/safety programs.
Compliance with facility audit programs, merchandise protection standards, PCI data security standards, and enforcement of all company policies & procedures.

What You Bring
Five or more years of Loss Prevention experience, 2 of which must have been in a responsible charge position. Degree in Criminal Justice or related field, or equivalent experience. Previous supervisory experience required. Previous LP experience in logistics or supply chain preferred.
Experience conducting investigations & integrity interviews. Prior Wicklander-Zulawski Interview training preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with associates, visitors, and vendors.
Excellent written communication skills and proficiency with standard office applications such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
Strong conflict resolution & de-escalation skills, with the ability to perform well under pressure.
Ability to operate safety & security equipment, including but not limited to: handheld radios, fire extinguishers, fire protection systems, video surveillance systems, burglar alarm systems, electronic access control systems, flashlights, and physical restraint devices.
Must be available to work flexible hours including days, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Duties may require the employee to work outdoors, during inclement weather, and during hours of darkness/low light. The employee may be required to occasionally stoop, bend or kneel.
