Monitors and patrols assigned areas to provide a safe environment for guests and hoteliers and to minimize opportunities for loss or damage. Acts to deter any agent or element from jeopardizing persons or property in or about the hotel’s facilities. Responds, documents, investigates, reports and follows-up with all incidents of actual or potential loss to people or property. Exemplifies the values and beliefs of Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa.
High School graduate or equivalent vocational training.
Experience in hospitality preferred.
Strong oral, written and computer skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Criminal-free record.
Valid Florida Driver’s license
Experience in crisis management, investigative methods and fire safety.
Valid certification in C.P.R. and first aid.
Class “D” Security officer’s license is a plus.
