Monitor guest and employee activities for unlawful/illegal acts and attend court as required
Monitor surveillance systems
Investigate incidents
Liaise with other departments to collect and investigate documents related to an incident
Photograph/videotape and collect information pertaining to an incident
Work in conjunction with the Safety Department on reported incidents
Work with Loss Prevention Management on investigations
Complete reports and follow-up in a timely manner as required
Documentation/filing as required
Prepare an incident review to Loss Prevention Management
Use park computers and programs to input data
Assist with other duties as required

Qualifications:
Enrolled in or graduate of a post-secondary Law Enforcement program or possess equivalent experience
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Present a professional manner and positive attitude
Candidates must be able to work under stressful conditions while remining calm and patient
Available to work a flexible hours, including late evenings and weekends
Must be able to adapt to working in a team environment
Must have reliable transportation to the park
Possess a valid Ontario Security Guard license, driver’s license and First Aid/CPR certificates
Previous park experience and knowledge of cash systems is an asset
Able to wear personal protective equipment deemed necessary to perform this job safely (may include; gloves, mask and/or face shield, non-slip shoes etc)
Supervisory experience is an asset
Must provide own CSA approved steel toed black boots
