Position Description – Loss Prevention Specialist
Reports to: Strategic Operations Manager
Description
The Loss Prevention Specialist is responsible for counting, documenting and researching discrepancies of company inventory.
Duties & Responsibilities
Complete daily cycle counts comparing on hand inventory to counts while researching problematic issues.
Assist in the company’s full physical inventory as needed.
Must be able to use and understand company systems and computer programs. I.E. VIP, email, Excel etc.
Properly identify close coded product and accurately record in the company’s route accounting software.
Knowledge of supplier specific code dating.
All other duties as assigned.

Strong computer skills

Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
