About the Role:

This role supports the Financial Controls Loss Prevention group within the tax division. The position also collaborates with the tax division and the corporate FIU and Compliance groups. The chief role for this position is to mitigate fraud
losses thus directly impacting bottom line results for the overall organization. Responsible for loss prevention activities for the Tax Financial Operations team and includes the support of ERO underwriting activities related to seasonal ERO
enrollment application processing to ensure they meet all compliance and due diligence requirements to participate in our products.

What You Will Do:

Executes the audit process during production season (random audits, high fee audits, etc.) – and serving as main
point of contact with ERO’s for these audits.
Scores ERO offices on audits based on approved guidelines developed each tax season.
Provides annual input in creating corporate guidelines relating to ERO onboarding.
Escalates issues/recommendations to management for approve/decline decisioning.
Main contact for Loss Prevention and all other Tax Division departments as well as corporate audit/compliance/FIU
groups.
Reviews red flag issues using processes provided, and submits corrections and action items to management.
Processes seasonal enrollment applications, reviews for proper documentation (ID’s, background checks, etc) and
ultimately submits an acceptance or decline recommendation for ERO
Assists in responding to subpoenas as needed
Other duties as assigned

What You Will Need:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
2+ years of related experience.

Salary range: $20.71 hourly – $36.96 hourly

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
