Low Voltage Technician (Structured Cabling, Access Control, CCTV) Jobs in Tampa, FL at Henderson Systems
We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
Duties:
Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
Patrol assigned areas
Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences
Warn violators of rule infractions and apprehend or evict violators if necessary
Qualifications
Proven experience in security roles with a focus on surveillance and conflict management.
Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred.
Familiarity with law enforcement protocols and loss prevention techniques.
Strong understanding of CCTV systems and their operation.
Military background is a plus, enhancing skills in crisis response and situational awareness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage conflicts.
