Looking for an opportunity to lead and innovate security operations? You will have the opportunity to work with
cutting-edge technologies
, collaborate with key stakeholders, and make a significant impact on the organization’s security posture. You’ll report to Executive Director of Information Security. During a Typical Day, You’ll Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
Review reports on incidents and breaches
Create reports for management on security status
Analyze data to form proposals for improvements of existing tools or adding additional products or services
Gathering security intelligence and implementing preventative measures.
Develop and monitor security team performance
Ensuring compliance with company policies and security industry regulations.
What You Bring to the Role Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies Excellent
communication
and interpersonal skills (5+yrs)
Proven experience as manager or team lead (2+yrs)
Extensive experience in preventing illicit activity
Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, macOS).
Experience with
security tools and technologies: EDR, SIEM, Firewalls, etc).Knowledge of relevant security standards and frameworks (e.g., PCI, HiTrust, Mitre ATT&CK, NIST Cybersecurity Framework). Advanced ability to coordinate responses to security breaches and threats

Compensation The anticipated range is $150,000 – $170,000/annually. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience,
education
and/or skill levels.
