What The Role IsYou will be part of a team that undertakes NS Hub building operations that include all the amenities (from contract establishment to daily operations including rental, utilities monitoring and billing etc), security and safety operations across both the public and office zones.
What You Will Be Working OnOn this, the team delivers 24/7 security, safety and operations support for NS Hub. The team also operationalises the Integrated Operations Centre, and manage NS Hub amenities. You will be expected to work on shifts including overnight and weekend (public holiday included) duties.
What We Are Looking ForYou must have a tertiary qualification in Business or related discipline, with at least 3 years’ work experience in the security related field. You must be service-oriented and have a keen interest in innovation and digitalisation. Possession of good interpersonal and communication skills is essential. Have experience in project management is required. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
