We are now seeking experienced Armed and Unarmed Security Guards to help us secure a variety of commercial, residential, and industrial properties. Responsibilities:
Provide security coverage for diverse client sites, ensuring the safety of property, assets, and individuals.
Patrol and monitor facilities, inspect security systems, and conduct routine checks.
Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities.
Communicate with clients, staff, and visitors to maintain a safe environment.
Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain logs.
Enforce security protocols, ensuring adherence to site-specific policies.
Qualifications:
Armed Guards: Must hold a valid BSIS permit for carrying a firearm.
Unarmed Guards: Must have a valid BSIS security guard card.
Proven experience in security roles, including managing security for different types of sites (commercial, residential, industrial, etc.).
Strong understanding of security protocols, emergency response, and safety procedures.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
Physical fitness to meet the demands of the job.
Prior experience in law enforcement, military service, or security management is preferred.
