Job Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Network Engineer to develop and maintain functional and secure networks. The ideal candidate will mentor a team of engineers and troubleshoot complex network issues. This critical role requires an experienced professional in managing the company’s technical infrastructure, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and reliable IT services that support business operations and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for network solutions involving Cisco, Palo alto, F5, Juniper, TrendMicro and other relevant technologies.
Level 1&2 resolution of escalated technical issues, ensuring timely and accurate solutions. Coordinate with other IT departments and stakeholders to align technical support with broader organizational goals.
Prioritize tasks, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Implement technical standards, procedures, and best practices to improve service quality and efficiency.
Monitor and report on the performance of technical support services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the technical team is well-equipped to meet future challenges.
Deliver services and support within SLA and customer satisfaction targets
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 2 years of related experience.
Certifications:Server+, Security+, Network+. With CCNA preferred.
Other qualifications:
Expert knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge in Arabic, both written and verbal is preferred.
