About the Security Guard role: We are seeking candidates that have personality, energy, warmth, and an overall vibe that can make clients and patrons feel not only safe, but welcome at any venue, event, or activation that we are representing.
(MUST HAVE OBTAINED AN F04 License)
Montro Protection is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patrons and employees of the establishment by monitoring the premises. This position is required to maintain communication with the venue’s manager on duty. Other duties include crowd control, checkingID’s/vaccination cards, and incident mitigation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: A candidate for this position must possess the following applicable knowledge, skills, and abilities and be able to demonstrate and provide applicable examples to support their competencies therein:
Valid Security License required.
Prior security experience is preferred, but not required.
Must be able to communicate professionally in English.
Must be able to work weekends and overnights. Must be flexible.
MUST HAVE Fire Guard License F01, F04. (Required)
