Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Security/Operations person to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the safety and enjoyment of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, customer service and monitoring of facilities.
Responsibilities
Parking registration and coordination.
Monitor CCTV systems to ensure the safety of premises and personnel.
Respond promptly to incidents, including alarms and disturbances, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to address concerns.
Provide training on conflict management techniques and emergency response procedures.
Maintain accurate records of incidents and prepare reports for management review.

Experience
Proven experience in a security operations role or related field, preferably with a background in customer service.
Familiarity with CCTV systems, surveillance techniques.
Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $37,440.00 – $41,600.00 per year
