Manages the accountability of all security supervisors and staff for The New York.
Communicates all information and reports directly to the Director of Operations.
Has full responsibility for performance, service and budget of assigned security contracts.
Attends pre bid and sales presentation meetings as needed.
Identify client needs and if possible selling and promoting all services offered by guardian.
Provides site security assessments for clients and potential clients to enhance their security profile.
Manages a safe environment for all employees and personnel.
Establish working relationships with local police and fire departments.
Maintaining 100% compliance w/all staff training and licenses to meet city and state regulations.
Ensures that all involved with security must possess and maintain a professional image and all supervisors must demonstrate strong leadership skills.
The delivery of quality service and positive interaction with customers
Provide direction at assigned client sites to enforce security/safety programs and ensure that post orders are followed, that established rounds are completed, and that adequate reports and logs are filed daily.
Develop and implement security procedures and compliance with facility policies and procedures and maintain a working knowledge of all emergency policies, procedures and regulations at each location and determine the course of action.
Approve all site SOP’s and Post Orders.
Recruit, interview, and hire personnel and supervisors for security departments.
Monitors vacation, sick time and personal days for all security personnel.
Counsel and discipline personnel as needed and assist them with any concerns.
Meets personally with employees and documents counseling and disciplinary actions.
Communicate with site managers daily and weekly regarding account performance and security officer performance.
Meets with client representatives as needed to provide assurance that all security requirements are being met and to provide quality customer service.
Have complete knowledge of facility layout and operational requirements outlined by the customer.
Design staffing and security plans for operations.
Identify recruiting sources.
Build teams that are highly motivated to exceed customer expectations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
