We’re looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support two fast-paced operations: a used car dealership and a private security company. If you’re sharp, detail-oriented, and ready to wear multiple hats — we want to meet you!

Duties

Used Car Sales Support:

Post vehicles for sale online

Use Dealer Center to manage inventory and customer documents

Keep dealership paperwork and files in order

Security Company Support:

Assist with recruiting and interview

scheduling

Help organize onboarding paperwork for new hires

Experience

Previous experience in an office environment is preferred, but not required.

Familiarity with QuickBooks and phone systems is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse clients.

Proficiency in data entry and experience with Google Suite applications will be beneficial.

Pay: $24.77 – $25.50 per hour
