University degree or equivalent relevant experience.

A minimum of four years of experience in security management environment.

At least three years of proven experience in the field of Quality Management and Risk Management, preferably in a sizeable organisation, including knowledge of relevant ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001; ISO 22301; ISO 31000).

Knowledge of project management principles and methods, with work experience in project management environments.

At least three years of proven experience in process review and improvement implementation activities, ideally in service organisations.

Knowledge of current trends in security of information, physical, personnel and industrial security.

Qualified redundant NATO civilian candidates of the same grade will be considered in priority.

Interviews are expected to be held approximately six weeks after the application closing date. The Talent Acquisition and Development Office shall let you know in due course the outcome of the screening process.
