Responsibilities:
– Provide security services to protect personnel, property, and assets
– Conduct regular patrols and surveillance of assigned areas
– Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to detect and prevent security breaches
– Respond to emergency situations and provide first aid or CPR as needed
– Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises
– Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
– Maintain accurate records and write detailed incident reports
Requirements:
– Must possess a valid unarmed and armed security officer certificate
– Previous experience in loss prevention, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred
– Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques
– Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
– Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Must be physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
