Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivatedNetwork Administratorto manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Exchange Server, storage solutions, VMware, Veeam solutions, and networking tools. Familiarity with Palo Alto and Cisco solutions is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Exchange Server Administration:
Manage and maintain Exchange Server environments, including mailbox provisioning, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Implement and monitor email security measures.
Storage and SAN Administration:
Configure, manage, and optimize storage solutions and SAN switches.
Monitor storage performance and resolve capacity or connectivity issues.
VMware Management:
Deploy and maintain VMware environments.
Perform virtual machine provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Backup and Recovery:
Implement and manage Veeam backup and replication solutions.
Develop and execute disaster recovery plans.
Networking and Security:
Perform basic network troubleshooting and management.
Collaborate on the configuration and maintenance of Palo Alto and Cisco network devices.
Monitor network security and ensure compliance with best practices.
System Monitoring and Maintenance:
Monitor system performance, availability, and health.
Apply software updates, patches, and firmware upgrades.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
Generate regular reports on system performance and usage.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing Exchange Server environments.
Expertise in storage solutions, SAN switches, and VMware platforms.
Hands-on experience with Veeam backup and replication solutions.
Basic networking knowledge with familiarity in configuring and managing Palo Alto and Cisco devices.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
Experience with cloud environments and hybrid infrastructure.
Knowledge of scripting for automation purposes.
