Organizing Department Coordinator Jobs in Roseville, MI at International Union, Security Police and Fire Professionals Of America
The purpose of Security Guards is to provide a secure environment for the Shoal Creek Community’s residents and Shoal Creek Golf Club’s members, as well as the businesses located within both.
Duties may vary depending on shift. Security Guards should be capable of performing the following responsibilities:
Work entrance and exit gates
Inspect and fuel patrol vehicle, related equipment, etc.
Conduct patrols and make rounds for security checks
Complete daily logs, reports, etc.
Clean and tidy Gate House
Be aware of and follow all safety and security procedures including weapon handling and usage
Maintain professional appearance and wear uniform as outlined in Security Manual
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in previous security, law enforcement, or military position
Good interpersonal communication skills; ability to communicate appropriately and professionally with coworkers, residents, club members, guests, vendors, etc.
Ability to work well in a team
Detail oriented and punctual
Provide own handgun and valid gun permit
Ability adapt to situations quickly while following safety and security procedures
Demonstrate knowledge and ability to comfortably and easily wear and handle weapon on the job
Valid driver’s license and able to drive security vehicle
Able to stand to work as much as needed during shift
Minimum education requirement HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
Job Type: Full time 11pm to 7am Mon-Fri
Pay: $14.50 – $15.00 per hour
