Job Overview
SiteGuards LLC is seeking experienced, licensed, and self-motivated Patrol Officers to join our team. This position requires a dedicated individual who is committed to upholding the values of integrity, service, and professionalism. Responsibilities include patrolling assigned areas, responding to incidents, and communicating internally, as well as collaborating with other law enforcement agencies as needed to protect citizens and property. Extensive driving may be required; a patrol vehicle will be provided.
This vital role maintains community safety and upholds law enforcement standards.
Qualifications
Law enforcement or related certification preferred
Conflict management skills
Knowledge of surveillance techniques, including CCTV
Experience in loss prevention
Observational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Reliable smartphone (iOS/Android)
Valid driver’s license
Social Security Card or Employment Authorization Document
Requirements
Pass driving and drug tests and criminal background check
Minor field technician work and use of basic power tools may be required
Benefits:
Full-time, overnight work only
$26/hour
Shifts available 7 days a week
Benefits after 90 days of employment
Duties & Responsibilities:
Write reports
De-escalate conflicts
Apprehend suspects
Participate in training
Provide required gear
Required Gear:
Firearm and 2 additional magazines (With ammo – Hollow Point)
All black shoes & pants (Uniform shirt will be provided)
Handcuffs (2) and pouch or carrying device
Level 3 Retention Holster for said firearm
Level IIIa Body Armor
Baton
Taser (optional) PepperBall Gun will be provided
