Overnight CBHC Safety and Security Aid Jobs in Framingham, MA at Advocates
Position: Entrance Security Liaison
Reports to: Assistant Director of Security
Function: Welcome all guests with a smile, address policy violations and assist guests with questions and needs.
Work Performed:
Maintain a posted position at the entrance security desk
Greet incoming guests and create positive connections to promote the “community policing” philosophy
Make sure incoming waterpark guests have a valid wristband/ticket of entry
Make sure incoming waterpark guests are not bringing in outside food, beverages or glass
Conduct bag inspections on incoming waterpark guests
Remain observant of suspicious activity
Enforce company rules, regulations and policies
Respond to emergency situations
Document all security action in the form of case logs and/or case reports
Testify in court
Assist or facilitate assistance to guests who have questions, needs or concerns
Other unspecified tasks as it relates to security and safety
Physical Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
Ability to push, pull and lift 50 pounds
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Other Requirements:
Must possess a high level of character, integrity and professionalism
Ability to interact with guests on a regular basis with high customer service standards
Ability to work in a fast pace, high stress work environment
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Must be able to pass First Aid and CPR certifications
