As a team member of this new hotel, you will have the extraordinary opportunity to shape the guest experience from the ground up. This flagship hotel features a modern design, 188 spacious suites, amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, over 7,500 square feet of meeting and event space and a 2,500 square foot rooftop restaurant and bar and is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The hotel is located at 192 Haywood Street, Asheville, NC 28801.
The Role:
As an Overnight Security Guard, you’re not just patrolling – you’re creating an atmosphere of safety and comfort that allows our guests to have a great stay.
What You’ll Do:
Keep a watchful eye on the hotel premises, ensuring the safety and security of guests and staff.
Conduct regular patrols and inspections to maintain a safe environment.
Respond promptly to guest concerns and security requests with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Assist with lost and found inquiries and ensure the safekeeping of lost items.

Maintain an approachable and friendly presence that encourages guests to feel safe and at ease.
