We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor is responsible for maintaining the hotel registration system, handling billing and check-in procedures, and connecting with hotel guests.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and control the hotel’s financial records to ensure that all transactions are accounted for.
Establish financial controls for the hotel, such as setting up and monitoring of cash receipts; maintaining current, accurate records of all hotel income and expenses; preparing all necessary reports.
Be able to work with limited supervision and make decisions independently.
Create and maintain a friendly environment for visitors and employees.
Be able to be on call 24/7 in case of emergencies or theft.
Check guests into the hotel; register guests; process room service orders; assign rooms.
Handle money while maintaining security of hotel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 80 per week
