Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and professional Security Guard to join our team. If you have a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to providing top-notch security services, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and authorize the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify and address security risks or breaches.
Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances.
Write detailed incident reports as required.
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Operate and monitor security equipment, such as surveillance cameras and access control systems.
Enforce company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years old (21 for armed positions).
Valid state-issued security license (or willingness to obtain if required).
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military is a plus.
Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond to emergencies effectively.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
