The Facilities Security Senior Supervisor reports to the Facilities Security Manager and is responsible for the overseeing the safety and security of our support facilities/campuses and company events.
General Responsibilities
Oversee the personnel matters for the team to include interviewing and candidate selection, onboarding, training/development, and performance evaluations.
Performs other job-related duties as required.
Work Schedule + Benefits
Full-time, Exempt
5 days per week, rotating schedule and alternating days off
Weekend and holiday availability required
Travel for visits to In-N-Out Burger different INNO facilities locations, which may include nights weekends.

Pay Range is $105,000 – $125,000 annually
The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your experience and other job-related factors.

Qualifications
Guard Card and State Firearm License/Carry Concealed Weapon; Required
Security Guard or Law Enforcement 5+ years of experience; Required
Leadership/Supervisory 5+ years of experience; Required
Diploma/GED; Required
