RS Management Services has been providing exceptional security services in the Portland metro area for over 20 years and is growing fast. We are looking to expand our team by adding a friendly, experienced, dedicated, and competent Field Supervisor. You must have a valid Unarmed DPSST license and Supervisory license and two years of supervisor experience.
SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday schedule with occasional weekends during our major events (roughly 9 per year). Three of the five shifts would be as a Supervisor On Duty (8 hour shifts) and the other two shifts would be as an on-site officer (12 hour shifts). Total hours per week 48 (min).
Supervisory Duties entail driving a company vehicle to check on our sites and officers in the field, providing trainings (as needed), advice, instruction, and ensuring everyone is performing their job duties so our clients are fully satisfied.
Motivate employees, resolve issues, and administer discipline
Serve as a channel of communication between officers and the office staff
Be the first point of contact for call-outs and questions
Provides a sense of security by being a uniformed present
Prevents loss and damage by reporting irregularities and informs violators of policy
Investigates and reports security breaches, incidents, and trespassers
Fill-in for security officers and cover posts as necessary
Drive a marked company vehicle
Necessary Qualifications:
Current Oregon (DPSST) Unarmed Card (Must Have it)
Supervisory Manager Credential through DPSST (or willing to obtain this certification)
A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a supervisor
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (Oregon or Washington State license)
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), able to use a smart phone and laptop

Pay: $52,000.00 – $60,039.00 per year
