As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Set schedule: Grave: 2100 to 0500: Wednesday to Sunday.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard
You have the stamina to conduct Indoor/Outdoor foot and car patrols throughout your shift to identify potential risks.
You keep the property clear of vagrants.
Your attention to detail will help you as you observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
Your grammar skills will help you read and write detailed reports.
You can quickly learn so you can enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.
Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
Manage access control.
Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
Answer questions in person or by phone.
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard
You have the stamina to stand or walk for long periods of time.
You can multitask and work well under pressure.
You have a valid PILB or can obtain one within 5 days of an offer.
You are at least 21 years of age.
You have a STRONG WORK ETHIC!
You have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
Your experience in security, or military/law enforcement is beneficial.
You have excellent people skills, and strong ability to deescalate a situation.
You have at least a High School diploma or GED in hand.
You can pass an extensive screening process.
You are a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.
