$22 PER HOUR + OVERTIME

This is a secure engineering and manufacturing plant in Longview, TX. You will be an integral part of a team of Security Specialists, providing security services at this location.

These tasks provide a basic guide of your daily duties. Our Security Specialists are the heart of our operation, and they are critically important to ensure its smooth operation. As such, they are required to be highly dependable and pay closeattention to detail.
This position will require the capability to work independently with limited supervision, demonstratecritical thinkingto solve problems, and multi-task.
Arrive for duty on time and in full uniform.
Familiarize yourself with the post orders and any hand down notes related to the site and post.
Provide Tier-1 customer service when interacting with employees, visitors, and supervisors.
Print and distribute visitor/temporary badges. Monitor and verify card access.
Utilize CCTV footage to monitor site activities.
Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence. Report any security issues and/or violations.
Conduct security-related audits or inspections (i.e., CCTV, fences, lighting, monthly fire extinguisher checks, AED checks, medical bag checks, and access control, including active alarm monitoring).
Capable of operating and responding to radios, pagers, telephones, alarms, and camera equipment.
Responsible for securing entry doors and access control at entries.
Oversee site accountability and site access during any emergency response.
Follow established guidelines at the site for triage and treatment during medical emergency situations.
Ensure all issues and complaints are fully documented and properly escalated to Trident and the Customer, as appropriate.
