Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law enforcement or security management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage security personnel, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify potential security risks or breaches
Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment to detect any suspicious activity
Respond to emergencies or incidents, taking appropriate action to resolve the situation
Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed
Provide guidance and support to security staff, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
Conduct investigations into security incidents or violations, documenting findings and implementing corrective measures
Maintain accurate records of security-related activities
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in law enforcement, security management, or a related field
Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and practices
Familiarity with CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment
Strong conflict management and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
