Parking Lot Patrol Officer Jobs in Westminster, CA at Allied Consulting and Security
We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
Egress Officer Scope Of Work
Available Hours: 5pm-12am
Egress Security staffing a position at the entrance/exit of the facility,
continuously and in a manner highly visible to the public and to customers and
associates.
The primary responsibility of the Egress Officer is to verify receipts on large un-bagged
high value items. i.e., Plasma/LCD TV’s, Totes, Bikes.

Egress Attendant may be periodically asked to accompany associates transporting cash
or high value merchandise within the store.

When appropriate, Egress Security Officers should act as a witness to apprehensions
and detentions, but should never engage in any external theft investigation or detention activities.
Facility management or Asset Protection Associates/Managers will
take the lead role in all external thefts.
Vehicle Patrol Officer Scope Of Work:
Parking Lot Patrol patrolling the parking lot and exterior of the facility
continuously;
Patrol all areas of the parking lot including the back of the building.
The parking lot patrol vehicle should never be used to chase a person or vehicle
engaging in suspicious activity or to block a person or vehicle from leaving
property.
Parking Lot Patrol Officers shall not detain or otherwise restrain customers or persons suspected of criminal activity.
Observing and immediately reporting
## Experience
– Previous experience in security-related roles preferred
– Strong conflict management skills
– First aid and CPR certification is a plus
– Experience in loss prevention is desirable
## Qualifications
-Must have a valid CA driver license
-Must have a valid and current CA guard card
-Must be able to pass a background check
-Must be able to pass a drug test
-Must be able to clear a driving history check
