Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Armed Security Officer to join our team. As an Armed Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your primary duty will be to protect against potential threats and ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises.
Duties:
– Provide armed security services to clients in various locations
– Conduct regular patrols to monitor for any suspicious activity
– Enforce access control procedures and verify identification of individuals entering the premises
– Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide assistance as needed
– Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, or any other security-related activities
– Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect any potential security breaches
– Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
– Conduct investigations into security breaches or incidents as required
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries or concerns in a professional manner
Requirements:
– Possess a valid armed security officer certificate/license
– Previous experience in law enforcement, military, or security field preferred
– Strong knowledge of conflict management techniques and ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
– Proficient in operating CCTV systems and other security equipment
– CPR, First Aid, and AED certification is a plus
– Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and techniques
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to work independently or as part of a team

We are looking for 1 part-time employee to work every Friday from 8:15am-5:15pm and we have an opening for an armed guard on Saturday and Sunday if looking for more hours.
