As a Hotel Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our employees, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate will have excellent conflict management skills, be proficient in surveillance techniques, and have a strong background in loss prevention.

– Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the security of the facility
– Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activity or security breaches
– Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises
– Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations
– Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees and visitors with inquiries or concerns
– Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related incidents
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

– Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role
– Knowledge of CCTV systems and other security equipment
– Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
– Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and best practices
– Valid First Aid and CPR certification
– Previous experience in law enforcement or military is a plus
