Role
Overview
The Security Guard maintains a safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff, and protects community property. Responsibilities include verifying the presence of employees and contractors, conducting rounds, and responding to emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
Report for duty during emergencies or natural disasters as directed.
Maintain personal hygiene and adhere to dress code.
Attend training sessions as scheduled.
Authorize and monitor access to the community.
Complete daily security reports and logs accurately.
Assist with community events, traffic control, and guest check-in.
Conduct scheduled rounds inside and outside the buildings.
Participate in safety training, fire drills, and inspections.
Respond promptly to emergency calls and logs.
Notify management of security issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid Florida Driver License required.
Ability to obtain CPR/AED certification.
