High-end Security Guard
Location: Long Island City
Schedule: Wednesday (12:00 PM – 8:00 PM) and Thursday (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
Additional Availability: We also provide service to our client on Sunday, Monday, Friday, and Saturday (shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM). Having availability on these days is preferred.
We are seeking a professional, well-groomed, and customer service-oriented High-End Security Guard to join our team. This role requires a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining safety and security while delivering exceptional service to our client and their guests.
As a representative of our company, you will be expected to wear the company-issued uniform with pride and professionalism, maintaining a polished appearance at all times. You will play a crucial role in providing a safe and welcoming environment, ensuring that security protocols are followed while also offering courteous assistance to staff, residents, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while on duty.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests, employees, and residents with inquiries and concerns.
Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, or other security threats.
Enforce site-specific security policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment.
Maintain clear and professional communication with the client, team members, and visitors.
Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a calm, efficient, and professional manner.
Document and report all security-related incidents accurately and promptly.
Maintain a high level of situational awareness to proactively address potential security risks.
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Neat and professional appearance in the company-issued uniform.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
Flexibility to work additional shifts as needed.
