Job Summary:
We are actively hiring On-Call and Part-Time Unarmed Security Officers for weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) in the South San Francisco, CA 94080
In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires strong observational skills, quick response time, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. If you are professional, alert, punctual, and ready to uphold a high standard of security, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Vigilant Monitoring – Patrol assigned areas and monitor surveillance systems to maintain security at all times.
Prompt Response – React quickly and effectively to alarms, incidents, and any signs of suspicious activity.
Thorough Inspections – Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Conflict Resolution – Handle conflicts and de-escalate situations with professionalism and a calm demeanor.
Collaboration – Work alongside law enforcement and emergency services as needed during investigations or crises.
Documentation – Accurately document incidents and prepare detailed reports for management review.
Qualifications:
✔ Security experience is preferred, but we will help you obtain your Guard Card!
✔ Proven experience with surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques is a plus.
✔ Strong observational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication for clear and concise reporting.
✔ Ability to work independently and in high-pressure situations.
✔ Must have a valid driver’s license, valid car insurance, and personal vehicle!!!!
