We at Precision Private Security are seeking dedicated and professional individuals to join our team as Patrol Officers. Whether Unarmed or Armed, our patrol officers play a crucial role in safeguarding our client’s properties and ensuring a safe environment. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting routine patrols, providing frontline customer service, and responding to alarms/incidents. Ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, dedication to maintain a safe environment, and a commitment to providing exceptional security services.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Guard Card (issued by BSIS)
Willingness to undergo background and drug screening
Be a minimum of 25 years old
Possess a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
must be physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts based on scheduling requirements (weekends included)
Minimum of two years previous experience as a patrol officer or related field.
Armed Guards MUST have a Valid Exposed Firearms Permit along with licenses and Certification for any additional equipment (baton, Chemical agents, and/or taser)
Reliable transportation to make it to ad from work
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.

Experience with digital reporting/scheduling applications
Roles and Responsibilities
Mobile Patrol: Conduct routine patrols of each client location to monitor the premises for signs of unauthorized activity or security breaches. Serving as a visible deterrent to criminal activity and maintaining a strong security presence.
Security Checks: Perform thorough checks of doors, windows, gates, and other access points to ensure site security. Ensure any equipment or client property on site has not been tampered with, vandalized, or stolen.
Incident/Alarm Response: Respond to calls for service due to alarm or incident promptly. Taking appropriate actions to de-escalate and resolve the situation.
Customer Service: Provide assistance in the scope of your work to clients, employees, and patrons at each site as needed. Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Report Writing: Complete all designated reports or each location documenting all incidents, observations, and activities in detail for each location.
Communication and Collaboration: Maintain communication with patrol dispatcher on duty and fellow patrol officers. providing regular updates on patrol activities, equipment issues, or incidents occur.
Emergency Preparedness: Implement emergency protocols and procedures as required. Contacting law enforcement or emergency services when need or outlined in company procedures
Safety Measures: Identify safety hazards or maintenance issues for each site when encountered. alway take appropriate action to ensure any safety concerns can be addressed by promptly reporting its.
Training and Development: Make a personal effort to participate in ongoing training programs and stay informed about security developments, threats, best practices, etc.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the company vehicle and any other issued equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition at the start and end of your shift. Reporting any malfunctions or issues promptly to the appropriate personnel.
Community Relations: Build a positive relationship with clients, visitors, residents, and community members at each site.

Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
