Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our security team. The ideal candidate will maintain safety and security within the premises, utilize surveillance systems, and implement loss prevention strategies. This role requires a proactive approach to conflict management and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies.
Duties
Monitor equipment for work crews
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, providing detailed reports on incidents and security breaches.
Implement loss prevention measures and educate staff on best practices for maintaining a secure environment.
Manage conflicts effectively, employing conflict resolution techniques to de-escalate situations.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
Experience
Previous experience in a security role or law enforcement is preferred.
Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
Skills in loss prevention strategies and conflict management are advantageous.
A background in militarized security operations is a plus but not mandatory.
