The goal is to help the company in maintaining excellent working conditions by keeping our facilities safe and problem-free. *Responsibilities* * Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence * Monitor CCTV’s * Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area * Secure all exits, doors and windows after end of operations and at the beginning * Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation * Provide assistance to people in need * Apprehend and detain perpetrators according to legal protocol before arrival of authorities * Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences on our state of the art mobile application, including checking in and out of post and Clocking in and out. You will complete tasks on your mobile phone. These reports go to the client on a daily basis. *Skills* * Proven experience as security officer or guard preferred. No criminal background and at least 21 years of age. * Prior LEO or Military Preferred. * Knowledge of legal guidelines for security and public safety * Familiarity with report writing, Daily Activity Logs, and incident reports. * Excellent surveillance and observation skills * Tech-savvy with experience in surveillance systems * Registered through DPS PSB. Must be endorsed by our company. * High School diploma is required and Associates in Criminal Justice preferred. * We are a Veteran owned company and as such provide Veteran preference in hiring. Combat MOS’s preferred. LEO and Security Background preferred.
