Hours Available: 32 hours/week (potential up to 40/week). Weekly rotating shift, alternating weekends off.
Level 4 Posts: Monday – Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM.

MUST HAVE
reliable transportation
dark suit preferably black, dark grey or dark blue is acceptable, appropriate shoes, concealable firearm with reliable holster that doesn’t bulge under jacket/sport coat.
active guard card with Level 4 certification.

Firearms Certification (or recent requalification)
applicant must be physically fit to stand for 6-8 hours and deal with the Texas temperatures.
This position involves a combination of patrolling premises, observing and reporting in addition to conflict intervention when needed. Depending on the post, you either need to secure a location to deter theft or secure a location to prevent unwanted persons from being on property.
Most of these posts will involve you being the only security officer on site. This means integrity and dependability are crucial. Qualifications
– Core skills in security and conflict management
– Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills
– Premium skills in first aid, law enforcement, surveillance, CPR, and military experience
– Relevant skills in CCTV and loss prevention
– Demonstrated organizational skills
