We are seeking proactive and experienced armed officers to join our team. This position is located in the city of Louisville, KY, and candidates must be able to commute to the area.

Duties:
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of all individuals involved.
Enforce company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms to identify potential security breaches.
Maintain accurate records of security-related activities, including incident reports, logs, and daily activity reports.
Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders as needed.
Participate in training programs and drills to enhance skills and readiness.
Report incidents and safety hazards accurately and promptly to our dispatch center.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Valid Louisville armed guard card
Strong customer service skills
Reliability and punctuality
Open availability
Preferred military or law enforcement experience
5 years of armed guard experience
