Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Armed Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and visitors. This role requires a strong presence, excellent conflict management skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. The Armed Security Officer and maintain a secure environment through proactive measures.
Responsibilities
Monitor and patrol designated areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and ensure it is functioning correctly.
Enforce security policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security concerns.
Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed during emergencies.
Document incidents accurately in reports for future reference and analysis.
Skills
Proven experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques.
Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
Knowledge of loss prevention strategies to minimize risks effectively.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.

Pay: $14.00 – $23.00 per hour
