Physical Security Operations Manager Jobs in San Jose, CA at ASML
We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
SCOPE OF DUTIES:
Reporting to the Director of Security, responsibilities and essential job functions include the following:
Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests, staff and vendors
Ensures the overall safety security of the guests, employees and property premises
Investigate and report any violation to law/property policy, occurrences of accident, complaints, criminal activity and crisis situations
Act as a member of the Emergency Response Team, responding in cases of fire, accident, safety concerns and calls for medical assistance
Write reports on property damage, theft, or any other irregularities

TO BE CONSIDERED:
Previous security/customer service experience is required. Previous hotel experience is a plus
Strong communication skills and report writing skills required
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Certification of CPR/AED/First aid an asset, can be obtained once hired
College degree in related discipline preferred
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues and other departments as part of a team
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Good driving record (no points)
