Position Overview:
We are looking for a professional, energetic, and dependable Security and Safety Officer to join the Nikki Beach Miami Beach team. In this key role, you will oversee the safety and security of all guests and staff while ensuring a secure, organized, and welcoming environment. You will work closely with the hospitality team to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere that reflects the Nikki Beach standard.
Key Responsibilities:
● Ensure Guest Safety & Security: Monitor and enforce safety protocols to create a
secure environment for all guests and staff, including monitoring guest entry and
preventing unauthorized access.
● Assist with Guest Flow: Direct guests to their designated areas and ensure smooth
guest entry to maintain operational flow during busy events.
● Handle Inquiries & Concerns: Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in
a professional and courteous manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Address any
issues promptly or escalate as necessary.
● Maintain Facility Security: Observe the venue for any potential safety or security
concerns, including monitoring entry points and the exterior area to prevent loss,
damage, or any risk to property.
● Collaborate with Team Members: Work alongside other team members, including
hospitality staff and management, to ensure all guests have a positive and safe
experience.
● Upkeep of the Environment: Maintain cleanliness and organization around the
entrance area to support a welcoming atmosphere.
● Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the values and
reputation of Nikki Beach, while showcasing knowledge of the local area and offerings.
Requirements:
● Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift) in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.
● Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and assist guests in a friendly,
professional, and efficient manner.
● A calm, composed, and professional demeanor, especially under pressure.
● Ability to quickly assess and resolve any guest concerns or safety-related issues.
● Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or security is a plus.
● Knowledge of Miami Beach and the Nikki Beach brand is a bonus.
● Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay alert at all times.
● Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
● Multilingual skills are a plus.
