Sunstates Security is hiring a Full-Time Physical Security Specialist for a client site in Chicago, IL, at a pay rate of $38/hr, paid weekly.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Requirements
2+ years of experience in security, military, or law enforcement
Valid PERC Card (preferred)
2+ years of customer service experience
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Availability to work holidays, weekends, special events, emergencies, and in all weather conditions
Responsibilities
Manage life safety systems such as CCTV, alarms, access control
Monitor alarms and respond to emergencies
Provide escorts as needed
Report incidents and observations promptly
Operate Google Suite efficiently
Assist with administrative tasks
Adapt to change and mentor staff
Notify leadership of issues and ensure post coverage
The Security Officer must familiarize themselves with Post Orders and SOPs to act swiftly and effectively according to directives.
Education
& Certification
High School diploma or equivalent; PERC Card required
