Roles & Responsibilities:
Participates in the onboarding / offboarding process for clients.
Works on closing incidents and remediation of issues raised from the regular assessments and reviews in a timely manner, and reflects on related records (change requests, cert. mgmt., incident register and incident management).
Participates in the configurations with the applicable polices and standards.
Participates in developing usage reports to be shared to stakeholders and customers.
Executs and enhances customers’ service plans.
Supports in conducting regular security configuration review, to supports the PKI architect.
Participates in HSM technical installation supported by the PKI operator.
Conducts admin training of the consumers administrators.
Supports internal audits and WebTrust audits.
Contributes to the overall success of the company by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by line manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
Professional Certificates:
Certification in CCIE Security, CISM/CISSP, CRISC, CISA, ISO 27001 LA/LI is preferred.
IT service management certifications (ITIL) and related certifications (e.g. COBIT) is preferred.
Years of Experience:
1-3 years in relevant experience.
Skills:
Intermediate knowledge in operating complex IT infrastructure.
Intermediate proficiency in an IT operational environment as a security system admin.
Intermediate knowledge in variety of operating systems, and a good systems administration level of experience.
Intermediate proficiency in communicating effectively with a range of security professionals and to simplify complex technical issues.
Intermediate proficiency in developing Java and any other major development platforms.
Intermediate knowledge in major PKI and cryptography tools (e.g., OpenSSL).
