Make a difference for national security by joining a team of dedicated IT professionals who will sustain, modernize and transform the enterprise IT capabilities for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). The National Security & Space Sector of SAIC is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to support a transformational infrastructure program for DCSA.
SAIC is proud to be supporting DCSA in safeguarding our nation’s information. DCSA is the designated oversight authority on the accreditation of classified facilities, information systems, and the insider threat program. This involves security oversight of more than 10,000 companies and approximately 13,000 facilities involved in classified work throughout the DoD and 31 Federal agencies.
Specifically, on the DCSA One IT program, SAIC will provide an enterprise IT solution that delivers highly secured and adaptable IT infrastructure, provides customer support, and cutting-edge technologies that support operations and advance the DCSA mission under a single IT environment (i.e., One IT).
Responsibilities:
Supports the One IT Program Manager in the management, direction, governance, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the enterprise IT services for the DCSA One IT PWS and One IT Task Order (TO). Comprehensive responsibility for oversight and of the management of the projects and personnel assigned to the DCSA One IT PMO to include working with the DCSA Government PMO lead on PM project assignments, processes, reporting, briefings, staffing and training needs for the PMO. Supports periodic review and update of the Project Management Plan (PMP) and Integrated Master Plan (IMP) at least annually, close coordination with the One IT Master Scheduler and Deliverables Manager. Authors and/or review reports and deliverables prior to submittal, prepares and delivers briefings to Government leadership, supports and prepares One IT PMO team for briefings and meetings. Coordinates with the One IT Quality Assurance (QA) Manager and supports compliance with the Quality Management Plan (QMP) and Task Order Performance Requirements Summary (PRS). Supports the One IT Program Manager with other aspects of Task Order execution as directed.
This hybrid position requires working at the customer site in Quantico, VA a minimum of three days per week with the ability to come to the customer site on an as-needed basis.

Required Qualifications
It is required that the PMO Manager have the following qualifications:
o BA/BS
o 15 or more years of experience in Program/Project Management
o Demonstrated leadership experience in an enterprise DoD environment
o TS (SCI eligible)
Desired Qualifications
o MA/MS with 13 or more years of experience
o TS/SCI
SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
