Job Summary
Statewatch Security is looking for dedicated and professional Security Guards to join our on-call team. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking flexible, part-time work with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role. As an on-call guard, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors.
Responsibilities
Be available for on-call assignments, covering shifts as needed.
Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems, including CCTV.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies with professionalism.
Enforce security policies to prevent unauthorized access and ensure safety.
Conduct inspections of buildings and grounds to identify security risks.
Provide first aid and CPR when necessary.
Report suspicious activities and maintain accurate incident logs.
Collaborate with law enforcement when required.
Requirements
Prior security or is a plus but not required.
Strong conflict management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
Familiarity with surveillance equipment is beneficial.
Ability to work independently and adapt to different environments.
Must have a valid security guard license or certification as required by local regulations.
