We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidates will have experience in assembly line operations and a strong mechanical knowledge to contribute effectively to our production processes. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor machinery on the assembly line to ensure efficient production flow.
Fabricate and assemble components according to specifications and quality standards.
Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various production tasks.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory management and material handling as needed.
Skills
Experience working on an assembly line or in a factory setting is preferred.
Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and other manufacturing equipment.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
Familiarity with warehouse operations, including forklift operation (certification is a plus).
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors effectively.

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
